Feeding a Yorkie - a simple meal

I don't know how about your dogs, but mine doesn't want to eat canned dog food. She sometimes eats better-quality dry dog food, but anyway, I cook for her. She likes to eat cooked meals everyday. She eats small portions, and I also chop them into small pieces. Seriously, you don't need to be a talented cook to be able to prepare a homemade nutritious meal for a Yorkie.
A dog's digestive system is designed to process large amounts of proteins and wholesome food. Commercial dog food is not digested as it should be.
To learn more click here and find out how to feed your Yorkie Today I simply boiled chicken hearts. I recommend adding also some white or brown rice, carrots, sweet potatoes and sweet peas :-) Your Yorkie will for sure love it!
Cooking food for a dog is not time-consuming, but if for some reasons you want to buy some food as well, it is better to read some reviews/ratings online. If something is more expensive, it doesn't necessarily mean that it is better! Here is a website devoted entirely to dog food:-) http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/
