Dogs’ Positive Impact on Physical and Mental Health of People

In the morning I wrote briefly about canine Assisted Therapy, I quoted a bit Wikipedia , and other sources but I did not mention that research confirms tha talking to and petting a dog are accompanied by lower blood pressure (BP) :-) This is good news isn't it?? It means that if you feel stressed after a tiring day at school or at work, petting a dog reduces anxiety! Yes, research confirms it!! You will simply feel better! But, honestly, if you are a dog owner yourself, I think you don't need reserch results! You know that playing with your pet relaxes you.
